Agencies typically run Detect or Defend across the roster and put their highest-exposure models on VIP. If you're onboarding several creators at once, contact us before you sign up and we'll work out the arrangement rather than have you buy seats blind.
Can Proprias file takedowns without exposing our creators' legal names?
Yes, on Defend and VIP. A DMCA notice normally has to carry the complaining party's real name and contact details, which is a genuine safety problem for models. Proprias files as the creator's authorized agent instead: our details appear on the notice, replies route to us, and the creator's identity stays out of the public record and out of the recipient's hands.
Does an agency manager need the creator's platform login?
Not for Proprias. Monitoring runs on public surfaces only — Google Search, image results, X, Reddit, forums, Instagram, TikTok, and the open web — using reference copies of the content and the aliases each creator posts under. No OnlyFans or Fansly credentials, no subscriber DMs, no earnings data.
Who reviews the matches — us or the creator?
Whoever holds the account. Every potential match lands in a review queue rather than being auto-filed, so an agency operator can confirm real leaks and dismiss false positives on a model's behalf. That's the point of the review step: takedown notices carry legal declarations, so a person should look before one goes out.
What happens to a creator's evidence if they leave the agency?
