We search for your product names and file names alongside the places piracy actually happens: Telegram mirrors, Mega and Google Drive links, torrent and "free download" pages, leak forums. Copies that have been retitled still turn up, because we also look for pages reusing your cover images and for exact sentences from your PDFs.
Public Telegram channels, checked daily
Course piracy lives on Telegram. Proprias reads public channels' posts and the names of the files shared in them, and flags the ones carrying your product's name or your file names. Private groups are out of reach for everyone, Telegram included, so we don't claim to cover them.
A mark on every order
Every buyer gets their own copy. PDFs carry a small "Licensed to" line and hidden marks; images, Lightroom presets, LUTs and ZIP bundles carry hidden marks. When a copy turns up, the mark tells you which order it came from.

Every result is a lead you review first. On Detect you send ready-made notices yourself; on Defend Proprias files as your authorized agent and follows up for 30 days; VIP adds Telegram takedowns and concierge handling.

Frequently asked questions
Which platforms does Proprias work with?
Shopify first, through the Proprias app: it delivers your files with a mark per order and scans for leaks of your products. Thinkific and Teachable are next, then Kajabi, Gumroad and Payhip. Until then the leak scan, weekly monitoring and per-order marks all run through the Shopify app.
Can you really tell which buyer leaked a file?
For files Proprias delivers, yes: each order's copy carries a mark that points to that order, and from the order to the buyer. It works for PDFs, images, presets, LUTs and ZIP bundles. It can't work for video played inside a course platform's own player, because that platform delivers the video, not us.
What does the free leak scan show?
Pick up to three products. We search for them across Telegram mirrors, file lockers, torrent sites and leak forums, then show the most serious result in full and tell you how many more we found. Starting a plan's 7-day trial shows every result.
Does Proprias file takedowns automatically?
No. A search result is a lead, not proof, so every result waits for you to review it. On Defend and VIP you approve and Proprias files as your authorized agent; on Detect you send the notice yourself. Telegram takedowns filed by Proprias are part of VIP.
Will the marks change my files?
PDFs get one small grey line at the foot of each page if you leave the visible stamp on; everything else is hidden. Presets and LUTs load and behave exactly as before, and ZIP bundles keep their folders and file names.
How much does it cost?
The same plans and prices as everywhere else on Proprias: Detect $69/month, Defend $149/month, VIP $299/month, each with a 7-day free trial, and annual billing is two months free. On Shopify, billing goes through your Shopify invoice. The first leak scan is free.
