- Reporting the account rather than the specific posts slows things down — list permalinks.
- A removed post usually reappears from a new account within hours. Expect to file repeatedly, and keep a record of the pattern.
- The post is the advertisement; the gallery it links to is the actual leak. File with the host as well or you have removed a signpost, not the content.

Use copyright when the post republishes content you produced — it is the stronger legal basis and it reaches material that is not intimate. Use the non-consensual nudity route when the imagery is intimate and published without your consent, including cases where you do not hold copyright, such as a deepfake. You can use both.
Does X tell the poster who reported them?
Copyright notices identify the complaining party, and platforms commonly forward the notice to the account holder. Policy reports are handled differently. If the poster knowing your legal name is a safety concern, have an authorized agent file instead.
